These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Leads24 website, mobile applications, dashboard, and lead marketplace (collectively, the 'Platform'). The Platform is owned and operated by Leads24 ('we', 'us', or 'our').

By registering an account, purchasing leads, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This page is maintained by Leads24 to answer common questions about our service terms. It is app-owned editable content and is not an independent legal certification. For jurisdiction-specific advice, please consult a qualified legal professional.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that you are a design studio, architect, contractor, consultant, or other qualified professional seeking interior, architecture, or fit-out project opportunities.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a user has provided false information, misrepresented their business, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Leads24 is a marketplace that sells phone-verified project inquiries ('Leads') submitted by property owners, developers, or businesses seeking interior design, architecture, or fit-out services.

Each Lead is verified by our in-house verification team through a human phone call and, where possible, a WhatsApp confirmation. We display a verification timestamp and budget bracket, but we do not guarantee that every Lead will convert into a signed project.

Lead availability is dynamic. An 'Exclusive Lead' is sold to one buyer only. A 'Shared Lead' is sold to a maximum of two buyers. A 'Portal Unlock' grants access to the live feed and real-time notifications but does not include free Lead credits unless explicitly stated in a promotion.

You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically copy Lead data outside of your own business use. Each Lead is licensed to the purchasing account and may not be transferred to a third party.

Current standard pricing is displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. As of the effective date below: Portal Unlock is ₹1,499 (credited to wallet for Lead purchases), Shared Lead is ₹488 + GST, and Exclusive Lead is ₹888 + GST.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the prevailing rate.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Wallet credits are non-refundable to cash except where required by law or under our Refund Policy, but they may be used to purchase Leads on the Platform.

We stand behind the quality of our verification. If you purchase a Lead and the contact data is invalid (e.g., disconnected number, wrong contact, fake inquiry), you may request a refund or wallet credit within 24 hours of unlocking the Lead.

Refunds are reviewed by our verification support team. Approved refunds are typically credited back to your Leads24 wallet instantly and may be used for future Lead purchases. Cash refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days and are subject to the payment provider's processing timeline.

Refunds do not apply when the client is reachable but chooses not to proceed, when the project scope changes after handover, or when the buyer has already initiated direct contact with the client. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or spam Leads, to submit false information, to interfere with our systems, or to reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. Suspended accounts may forfeit unused wallet credits at our discretion if the suspension is due to a material breach.

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, verification badges, dashboards, and software — is the property of Leads24 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, such as profile information or support messages. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Platform.

Leads24 provides the Platform and Leads on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee project wins, client budgets, or specific conversion rates. A Lead represents an expressed interest at a point in time; market conditions and client decisions may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Leads24 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@leads24.co.in. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Before filing a formal legal claim, we encourage you to contact our support team. Many issues can be resolved quickly through verification support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
