No lease, no lead. This is non-negotiable and the fastest filter.
Confirmed sq ft and layout constraints
Verified sq ft, ceiling height, HVAC access. Without these you cannot cost anything credibly.
Named decision-maker and finance signoff path
Who signs the PO? Who approves the budget? Both answers before the site visit.
